Peoples Church is a missions-minded church.
It's our desire to see the Gospel proclaimed throughout our nation and around the world, in accordance with our Lord’s command and commission in Matthew 28:19-20:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”
We send and support missionaries and missions workers in a wide variety of ministries and mission fields in Canada and internationally, agreeing with the principle in 3 John 1:7-8:
“For they have gone out for the sake of the name, accepting nothing from the Gentiles. Therefore we ought to support people like these, that we may be fellow workers for the truth.”
The Peoples Church Missions Committee serves to effectively manage and oversee those who are sent to preach the gospel of Christ to the lost and those who work in key roles that support the advancement of the gospel through the ministries supported by the church through Missions.
