AWANA stands for 'Approved Workers Are Not Ashamed' from 2 Timothy 2:15.
AWANA takes place every Wednesday Night during the school year from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
AWANA also has a winter retreat every year, along with many other special activities.
During Awana your child will be challenged from the Bible with an emphasis on Scripture memory. Awana enables your children to get to know other Christian kids, whom they can build lasting friendships with. It is our desire as Awana leaders to help parents teach their children biblical principles, which will enable them grow in Christ.
Cubbies
Cubbies is fun with a purpose – to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our preschoolers program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand.
Regretfully, CUBBIES will not be running during the 2023-24 school year.
Sparks
The AWANA club for children in kindergarten through second grade builds on the material taught in the Cubbies. The curriculum takes kids a step deeper into God’s Word while giving unsaved boys and girls regular opportunities to hear the gospel and come to faith in Jesus Christ.
After being immersed in solid foundational teaching at the preschool level, boys and girls frequently come to an understanding of their need to trust Christ as their personal Saviour while in Sparks.
Truth & Training (T&T)
The name Truth & Training reflects the passion of AWANA to teach third-through-sixth-grade boys and girls the truth of God’s Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives.
Our goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders. T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow — today.
