Worship & Communion Service

Event-Communion1 image

Every first Sunday of the month

All Day

Location: 3888 London Line, Plympton-Wyoming, ON N0N 1T0

Category: Services

Come and join us as this Sunday at 9am or 11am as we gather together to worship Christ through song, prayer, reading of Scripture and the preaching of God's Word.

Includes a time of Communion [The Lord's Supper] in which we remember Christ's suffering and atonement for our sins in a tangible way by partaking of the elements:

The Bread - representing Christ's body, broken for us

The Cup - representing Christ's blood, shed for us

Peoples Church practices Open Communion, meaning that participation in the elements (bread & cup) is open to all who profess Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.

Pragmatic considerations mean our familiar 'communion trays' will not be in use at this time.  Instead, individually pre-packaged elements will be waiting for you when you arrive.  If you require a gluten-free bread alternative, we ask that you please bring your own.

To follow the government guideline that attendance be limited to 30% of our capacity, we have implemented a free ticket system that limits each service to 180 participants using the Eventbrite platform below.

Overflow seating is also available in the Fellowship Hall, where our services are livestreamed (registration also required.)

Child care will be a parental responsibility during this time as nursery & junior church programs are not yet running.  The nursery facility, however, is available for your use.

Masks use is also required according to the most recent government legislation.

To register for upcoming services, please follow the promptings below (you'll be asked for name, email address and number of attendees) or alternatively call the church office at 519-845-3386.
