Sunday School

We offer Sunday School classes from age 2 through adult. Classes are offered from September through June with a summer recess.  Our adult class is called EXALT and classes run on a two-month rotation. Normally there are two or three classes offered at the same time.

For the November-December session, the following classes are being offered:

The Life of David - Pastor Warren Kimball
David is the only man who God ever said was “His kind of man,” and more than any other human being, he reflects what God is looking for in our daily living. In this class, we will look at some of the significant moments in the life of David.

The Imperishable Beauty of a Gentle and Quiet Spirit - Charlene Mahon
A class designed specifically for women, we will examine the Scriptural principle of submission.  It is through submission to the Lord and to our husbands that we can develop the gentle and quiet spirit we are seeking. We will cover the following topics: Biblical submission versus false submission; what it means to be our husbands’ helper; having a Jezebel spirit; manipulation and having a critical spirit; fear and patience; dealing with unfaithfulness; and finally, how to develop and maintain the meek and quiet heart.

Being Filled with the Spirit - Henry Booy
This interactive class will explore what it means to be filled with the Holy Spirit. How does being filled with the Spirit manifest in our everyday lives, specifically in our relationships? Quenching the Spirit and grieving the Spirit will also be studied. Come prepared to give testimony of the Spirit’s work in your life.
